Mercedes says HI!

Hey everyone, Mercedes will be 5 weeks tomorrow and we can't believe it! She seems like a pretty happy baby most of the time, and her goofy little smiles just crack us up.

Jr. Prom

Last saturday was my Jr. prom, it was so much fun!

Tess added the sleeves to this dress (and the polkadot back) because she's AMAZING! She also did my hair and make-up :) Thanks Tess!

Thank you, Mac and Diana, for babysitting Max and Lily. They had so much fun and keep talking about Luke. I'm sure it was a hassle for you, taking up most of your Saturday and all, but I think those Kloepfers up in heaven are happy we went to the temple for them. We appreciated it so much!! Come visit us sometime!

Oh my goodness, there are no words. We got to meet baby Mercedes over the weekend when she was just 16 days old, and let me tell you, she is one perfect baby. You made a cool kid, Mackenzie and Taylor! Thanks for letting us hold your precious new bundle. We love her!

I was just reading the blog book, and it cracked me up that after she was born I used to post photos of her like.... weekly. Hehe!

She's turning into a lovely little girl - and being a big sister suits her well.

I feel pretty safe living in a house that is almost completely hidden by the massive snowbanks!!I'm not sure if you can really tell from these pictures, but the snowbanks around here are absolutely hugeungous. There's so much snow! We get dumped on about every 2-3 weeks, but between dumps it's just dry and sunny and it makes the snow kinda gross. So in about a week, these banks will get even higher! (or so I hope!)

Thanks grandma soooo much for letting me stay in your house, I love it! Everything is intact, and so far all your plants are still living :) (except the holly thing that was on your table by the stairs... I think Tess threw it away one day. It magically disappeared). Have fun in the sun! Love you!

Hello Slade Family!

I am the epitome of hypocrite 'cause I get on here all the time and inwardly complain that no one posts. When did I post last? Who knows! So here's an update:

Emmy is as strange as ever, so no worries there.There was a wall of snow recently built on my front sidewalk, so we haven't had any visitors in a while.

Jonah is constantly hurting himself, a trait he inherited from his Dad. Today's injury was tripping and hitting the edge of his door with his forehead, which left a lovely goose egg.

I'm telling you: This is daily!! Thank goodness for Burt's Bees Comfry Salve:)

Emmy took off on her snow shoes and we haven't seen her in days.

But before that she had her first professional modeling shoot:) Doesn't that sound funny? It was all for you, Aunt Jenne:)

Caleb's Sister works for a resort marketing company in Park City and they needed a little girl to come play in their "Children's Center" for the new website/brochures.

Don't worry, this is not a life course we are pursuing.

And we got some bunk beds! Caleb found these at our local thrift store, and they have made a world of difference in the kid's room. This little house is bursting with Kepsel's (or will be by May!) so we're getting creative with our space.

That's about it! Life is good in Heber City!
