you are a woman! Has anyone (besides Beth) checked out the
website for Dagoba? It's www.dagobachocolate.com anyway,
they have a special on broken bars.....really a good deal. yum.
And I could care less if they're broken.

Jayne, I think you just need to try it. Eat some good kind of
organic chocolate (Dagoba, Shaman, Amber Lyn, etc) and see if
Emmy gets a tummy ache. It's difficult to remember 100 years ago, but it seems as though I didn't have any problems,

Chocolate!!!

Hey everyone!!! This is Jamie... all day ive been craving chocolate and then i get on here and theres all these posts about chocolate!!! seriously im going to go insane! haha just kidding. Cami, that chocolate you made was the BEST ever! You gave me the recipe forever ago, and i still havent made it. I will one of these days! haha. well, everythings all good here in Stansbury... nothing new. Same ol' same ol'. ok, well, i love you all!

Choco-Family

All this talk of Chocolate could really drive a dagoba-lover like myself crazy. Is it really true that nursing Mom's can't eat chocolate? Don't get me wrong - I will glady sacrifice my dark-choco-passion for Emmy's sake, just wondering if I'm doing it for naught. Any advice from all you tried and true nursing veterans would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Camilles Christmas Chocolates:)

Hey guys! I recomend making these if you like getting hooked on chocolate for an extensive amount of time:D

Ingredients
200 gr. (8 oz.) light or dark chocolate (prolly dark in this family he he)
1/4 cup cream (if you like your chocolates really creamy you can add more)
6 tbs unsalted butter (this is estimated as well)
cocoa powder

Instructions:
Put on a double pan of water (you will late put the chocolate in it)
in separate pan bring cream to a sizzle on stovetop, turn off burner and add the chunks of chocolate and butter. Stir a bit then put it in the boiling water to melt. (Gramma, what is this method called? Putting one pan inside the boiling water..)
Cook untill the chocolate is melted then immediately pour into dinner plate or a small cookie sheet (so the mixture is about a half inch thick). Place in fridge intil firm (prolly around 2 hours). Take it out and cut it into half inch chunks then roll in the cocoa powder. Keep refridgerated and enjoy!

Do you realize, those of you who have acquired a deep and crazy love for Dagoba chocolate like myself, that they have a huge line of products other than bars?? You can buy everything online at www.dagobachocolate.com, including baking chocolate, hot chocolate, and non-alkalized cacao powder! I can't believe I just discovered this now, but I'm definitely going to work on a new brownies recipe. . . . Oh, and Cami, you never did share your recipe for those yummy choco-bites you made around Christmas time. I understand if it's proprietary information, but I'm willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement if necessary. . . . Love you all!

I'm not sure what I'm doing but this is so much fun. I hope I can get to this more often. My issue right now is how to get a picture on here. We are busy as usual. Sara, Tom, and I are going to be in the Broadway at Sierra production in July at Sierra College. We had our first rehearsal yesterday. We are all looking forward to it. It seems to feed our psyche. Sara and Tom have solos. I am in the chorus and a couple of group songs.
The boys went to Camp Far west yesterday and fri to a Camp o ree. I just finnished my phylisophy class and am starting a new one tomorrow. I am also finnishing up my art class and my on line library science class. I got hired by the Roseville Library as a Library assistant. It is just part time and has no benefits but is a step toward a position like that. At least it pays more than I have been making but the hours are less so it ends up I won't be making any more money but spending less time doing it. whew! We are all looking forward to Hawaii and this summer. We have had so much rain and many cool days this spring. Today it was cool and rainy again. We hope it isn't rainy in Hawaii.
Today was our stake conf. Edler Perry was there. It was great. His son is our mission president. He spoke too. Sam's employment has changed around a little. Tom is still at Changs, Sara's boss has let her have some time off to prepare for her wedding and Jed works at Papa Murphy's in Lincoln. He has been really good at saving his money. Jake and Joe are doing well in school. I am barely making it and thankful to be doing so. I went to a singles activity in Sac last weekend. It was a conference and a dance. It cracks me up. The dances are the same as they were 30 years ago except we are all fatter and balder. I just had to laugh at the whole experience. It was weird and so were all those singles (oh wait, I'm one of them, ha ha) Hey I love all of you and miss you, Mel

Our Venice trip

Hey ya'll! We just got back from our little trip up to Venice which was AWESOME! We had a hotel right in the middle of town so we could walk out the front door onto the main street, it was so cool. We didnt take a Gondola, it costs about 50.00 euro a person for around 15 minutes (yikes!) so we rode the WaterBuss which is their public transportation service that goes up and down the Grand Canal, so that was cool too. We saw some cool museums on Art that I'm sure Macenzie would love if they are planning on going up that far. (But theres art museums everywhere, our town has 3). The next day we went to Lake Garda which was sooo beautiful, and we got to go to Gardaland which is a lot like Knotts Berry Farm. We decided we couldnt go a whole year without riding a roller coaster, so we had to try it out! It was way fun.
Welp, we will talk to you guys later! We miss you!

Hi dear ones, just want to thank y'all for your sweet messages on my birthday......it's wierd, my childhood friend, Nyla, still sends a card every year, we've been going back and forth with greetings for almost
70 years! and cousin Wally always sends some kind of greeting (email or?)we drove to S.L. and had lunch (& meeting) with the 2 sisters, was nice, but in a snowstorm which wasn't very nice. But at the end of the day I got to hold little Emmy Jayne (that was shhhgreat). Love y'all, Mom, Gr Nette
p.s. We want to hear of the Paul-Kari camping trip and the cut over the eyebrow (Nick), and the trip to Venice, soccer games, anything.........

Kloepfers Checking In

Hi family! PK just said when I showed him this, "You're mom is so cool! She's so high-tech!" And that you are, Mom. Good job getting this started. How do you post pictures? You know we always have plenty of those to share. We're doing well down here--enjoying a relaxing Spring Break without 1 single thing on the calendar! That never happens. I took the kids swimming today since it got up to 80 degrees and they absolutely loved it. Now we really can't wait for summer! Just let us know when you all want to visit. Paul's still working hard, and they cut down on a lot of the overtime, so he's home for dinner now and that's good. He's taken up teaching himself the guitar since Christmas, and he sounds great! He's a natural musician. And I'm just trying to keep up with the 2 little Kloepfers around here--there's never a dull moment! Love you all! --Beth

Hey all, this is Mac. I am still living with Sam in Roseville in a great basement apartment. This seems to be where I'm supposed to be right now, and it's nice to be livin' the bachelor life (hehe). I'm working at a sign shop called FASTSIGNS, and just hanging out mostly. Not dating anyone currently (but not because I don't want to, heh). Um, that's about it. Hey Siege, you're all teeth in that pic, heh heh. I guess I wont have much of an advantage any more when we spair, eh? Hehehe. ANYway. Talk to ya all later!

Well, that's 2005 in a nutshell...it ended with a New Year's Eve
where the fireworks just would not ignite because it was such a wet night, so much
moisture in the air it felt like III Nephi 8:20,21.
