here we are in the wet redwoods
and there were great times Sunday as we had a good feast and wonderful friends and family over at Johnny's to eat!

Did you put some details somewhere? We need to know how exciting it was!
OK, details: uh, well the first 2 days of camping were great. The trees were amazing. There were green ferns on the ground and on the trees lots of moss. There was a cool river we discovered off the road while taking a bike ride. We walked out on a log over a deep ditch and talked for a long time he he. We had a great campfire one night before it rained and great food. We enjoy eachother so much. The last couple of days it rained. One day we took a beautiful walk even in the rain and another day we said heck with the rain and drove out to a little town, Ferndale up towards Eureka. It was a darling dairy town that has preserved all the old cute houses and maintained a quaint and historic place to visit. We saw some cool art and wandered into the actual studio of artist (can't remember his name)but he had a show at BYU a few years back. amazing wire sculptures that work with marbles and moving parts. Then we went out to eat and a movie Alice in Wonderland in Eureka. Boy when it rains up there in Humbolt County, it is wet wet wet everywhere.
For Easter we had the Rose family, Jake's girlfriend, Emily, her brother Wesley who is in Joe's band and their parents. My friend Karen I met in my bachelor's degree and Sara,Tom, and Joe. Johnny and I did a lot of work but we really liked feeding everyone (no wonder I like him) and his daugher Renee and her friend Cade were there too. It was a very nice day.
